We cleaned the chart of accounts, standardised revenue and project tracking rules, and rebuilt the close around ownership and a clear checklist. Then we produced a board-ready pack that matched how the business actually runs: P&L, cash, pipeline, utilisation, project margin — plus commentary that calls out what changed and what to do next. Close became consistent and materially faster, margin issues surfaced early enough to fix, and leadership meetings moved from arguing about numbers to making decisions.
